Skill- and project-based

  • Felting (wearable)

  • Watercolor

  • Chinese Brush & Ink (gongbi)

These workshops focus on learning techniques and completing a specific project.

Slow making sessions

  • Paper

  • Ink

  • Wool

  • Cloth

These sessions focus on working slowly with materials, without pressure for outcomes or technical mastery. No art experience required.

My teaching grows from material attention—slowing down, working with the hands, and learning to listen to materials as they respond to time, touch, and care. Across painting, brush and ink, felting, and open-ended making sessions, each offering invites a thoughtful, process-based approach that values observation, patience, and presence over speed or outcome.

I offer two forms of teaching: project-based workshops focused on specific skills, and slow making sessions centered on attention and material experience.
